Use Music to Start the Day Happy and Energetic!

Each morning, I wake up early and exercise. When I meet my peers in the morning, I am really awake and energetic, while they are still half asleep. I thought it was simply the exercise in the morning, but it seems the biggest factor is what I listen to.
The real winner is fun, fast paced music. 30-50 minutes of fast paced and fun/happy/optimistic music really pumps me up both physically and mentally. Listening to podcasts just isn’t the same!
