Your bowels aren’t the only way the body gets rid of toxins - the lungs and skin also take part.
When you sleep, you breathe out toxins and use up some of the oxygen in the air. If you are in a stuffy room for 6-9 hours while sleeping and breathing out toxins, imagine what that must do to the air! So instead of breathing the toxins back in, open a window!
If its cold, open it only a little and throw on another blanket.
