This is a great way to add regularity to your stretching and will greatly enhance your sleeping and waking experience. It’s a way to easily add stretching twice a day to your routine, and will help you go to sleep and wake up better.
Before going to sleep, do some stretches to get the kinks out. This is a great time to hold the stretches (see ) to extend your flexibility and calm down.
Upon awakening, try doing more stretches for a shorter amount of time to get the blood flowing and your muscles warmed up for the day.
